The new trophy cabinet has been installed into the club, next to the juke box. It now displays all the perpetual trophies won throughout the year.
Rose and Dave welcome you to Stoke Snooker Club here in Gosport. We are situated in Stoke Road a short distance from the High Street pedestrian area. The club is open on a Monday to Friday from 11am until Midnight, Saturday from 10 am until Midnight and on a Sunday from 10.30 am until Midnight. The bar closes each evening at 11 pm.
We have 10 full size Snooker Tables, 1 English Pool Table, 1 Bar Billiards Table and a small staged area with two Darts Boards. Four of the snooker tables are on the ground floor and a further Six tables on the first floor.
We have a good sized lounge, with the bar area, comfortable seating as well as high tables and chairs. We have a disabled toilet on the ground floor with both Gents and Ladies toilets on the first floor. We have a kitchen from which snacks and hot meals are produced between set times.
Stoke Snooker Club is represented in Gosport & Fareham Snooker League, Gosport Mens Darts League, Gosport Ladies Darts League, Gosport Mixed Darts League, Gosport & Fareham Pool League, Gosport Invitational Pool League and Portsmouth Billiards League. As well as all these leagues Stoke Snooker Club hosts their own Snooker, Darts, Bowler, Billiards and Pool Competitions. In-addition we currently have two Retired Snooker Leagues who meet on a Tuesday and Wednesday morning at the Club.
Most importantly Stoke Snooker Club has its own Stoke Snooker Academy for young players aged from 7 years and above. The Academy has its own web site ( Please enter web site details for Academy) and is held every Saturday morning between 10 am and midday and a second group between midday until 2 pm.
